It is therefore no surprise that our Toorak Sales Executive, Jeremy Best, was one of two Consultants chosen to represent Australian Authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealers in July for the 2009 "Quality by Design" training program. The program further enhanced Jeremy’s knowledge for the brand, sales and customer service. “The trip has been an incredible learning opportunity and the highlight of my sales career.


This experience has helped me better understand the rich history of Mercedes-Benz.” The lucky winners were able to visit a number of world renowned Mercedes-Benz facilities including Mercedes-Benz Brooklands, site in England, where Jeremy took part in a 4WD Course in the M-Class.


His next stop was the Mercedes-Benz home in Unterturkheim. Here he toured the Engine Production plant and Museum in Stuttgart, the AMG factory in Affalterbach and vehicle production centre in Sindelfingen. After all this, he was able to get his pulse racing on the Mercedes-Benz test track with hot laps performed by the senior and advanced driving instructors. The highlight of Jeremy’s trip was seeing the “Holy Halls” in the Mercedes-Benz Classic Centre in Fellbach, which featured over 600 million worth of cars!
